What You Can Expect:
Be the technical partner that ensures the optimal performance of our Blue Yonder applications by providing specialized support, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a first-class experience for our internal and external customers.
What You Bring:
2 to 3 years of experience in IT/SaaS support.
2 or more years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Azure, AppD, Splunk, and Python.
Advanced English proficiency.
Passion for technology, service orientation, and teamwork.
