Lead digital-first service delivery by driving automation, self-help capabilities, and user enablement programs — including building proficiency with AI technologies and self-service tools.
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for technology incidents, requests, and needs from local stakeholders, while monitoring service level agreements and defining improvement plans where needed.
Manage local technology budgets, oversee real-estate tech requirements, and execute local purchasing for digital equipment and services.
Deliver local tech communications, awareness campaigns, and training sessions to keep all users informed, engaged, and equipped with the latest digital capabilities.
About you
