Position Overview 

 

This individual is responsible for daily intake of all vendor invoicing including the dispersion and communication to all team members for out-of-tolerance invoices. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that the R&M team receives all appropriate credits from invoice disputes. 

 

 Principle Accountabilities 

• Invoice life cycle - up to approval for payment  

• Disputed over charges 

• Dispersion of out of tolerance invoicing (quote not matching invoice total)  

• Ensure accounts have No past due invoicing  

• Communicates daily request(s) needing to be completed  

• Communicates month-end targets and provides team updates  

Position Requirements 

• Advanced Technology understanding and competency in asset management systems 

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment  

• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 

Compensation 

$20-24 hourly + bonus structure
