You will also help identify and progress automation, analytics and AI opportunities that simplify Finance processes and create measurable business value. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, Customer Operations and technology stakeholders to understand priorities and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Finance applications and initiatives, building strong relationships with local and global stakeholders.
• Manage Finance IT projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, budgets and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and business stakeholders, providing clear status updates and proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support the reliability, security and performance of Finance applications, including timely incident resolution, recurring-problem management and service-quality improvement.
• Enable critical month-end, quarter-end, year-end, tax, compliance and audit activities by maintaining application readiness and responsive support.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, analytics and AI, including proof-of-concepts and pilots for emerging Finance technologies.
• Manage external vendors and support partners by monitoring SLAs, KPIs, deliverables and service quality, and escalating issues when commitments are at risk.
• Ensure solutions and delivery activities comply with Unilever security, audit, data governance, regulatory and risk-management standards.
• Support business cases, prioritization and roadmap planning while balancing strategic transformation with hands-on execution.
