This position is a part of our Project Management Department and assists the Senior Project Manager with project administration in the field. This position is responsible for coordinating and tracking all related documents. The Project Engineer is responsible for representation of the contractor out in the field, help tradesmen interpret the job's designs, ensure the job is constructed according to the project plans, and assist project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
The Assistant Project Manager demonstrates professionalism while effectively supporting projects within the healthcare sector. HCAI/OSHPD experience preferred for this hospital renovation in Stockton, CA.

The salary range for this full-time role is $71,900.00-$95,900.01 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
