Responsiblity：
1. follow company EHS standard & requirement, ensure electrical workshop reach safety target.
2. define the work plan and WI for in time delivery of electrical assembly.
3. coordinate / discussion the issues during electrical assembly process, find the solution to solve them.
4. in process quality check
5. ensure electrical assembly work time can meet the definition of the standard process. continuous improvement of efficiency.
6. can meet annual target
7. base on "HSE" commitment, responsible for HSE tasks.
8.other tasks which was assigned by company or supervisor.
Requirement：
1. skilled in understanding the electrical drawing.
2. strong hand on spirit
3. skilled in using different tools.
4.can identify the error of the drawing and can propose what we will correct.
5.team work spirit, can coordinate with the team to finish the job.
6. proficiency in reading/writing English.
