Responsibility:
1. Determine processing equipment based on design drawings and BOM, evaluate the duration of each working procedure, note down processing precautions, and arrange production processes in the ERP system.
2.Monitor on-site processing efficiency and product quality, assist in performance and quality improvement, and adjust working procedures as appropriate.
3.Design and optimize tooling and fixtures for component processing.
4.Maintain close communication with local and German R&D teams, timely report design defects found during production, put forward design optimization suggestions based on actual production needs, and ensure design changes are implemented across relevant departments.
5.Identify potential risks in component manufacturing and take preventive measures; resolve technical and process issues arising during production.
6.Develop processing and assembly procedures for various components, summarize standard working hours accurately, compile complete process documents, and conduct regular updates and improvements.
7.Assist the Procurement team in assessing the production capacity of external suppliers.
8.Support the Procurement team in evaluating component processing costs and contribute to procurement cost reduction.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, NC Machining, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mold Design, Welding or other related manufacturing disciplines.
3.Proficient in AutoCAD;
4.Language skills: Fluent in Chinese and competent in English (good reading & writing skills, capable of basic oral communication).
