Position Overview |
Supports daily SOC operations by monitoring CCTV, access control, alarm, and communication systems; receiving emergency and non-emergency calls; assessing incidents; and coordinating appropriate response actions. The role ensures timely escalation, accurate incident documentation, effective communication with field personnel and stakeholders, and compliance with established SOC procedures to support a safe and secure operating environment. |

Key Responsibilities
|
· Report directly to the SOC Security Specialist and perform assigned operational duties in accordance with established SOC procedures at AMP-2. · Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms to maintain continuous situational awareness and escalate abnormal conditions promptly. · Receive, assess, document, and communicate emergency and non-emergency information in accordance with established escalation procedures. · Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, emergency documentation, and operational reports. · Prepare incident reports, shift handover reports, and supporting documentation for management review. · Coordinate communications with field security personnel, internal departments, emergency responders, and external stakeholders during routine and emergency situations affecting AMP-2 operations. · Monitor the operational status of CCTV, access control, communication systems, radios, emergency backup equipment, and other security technologies at AMP-2, and report malfunctions immediately. · Maintain emergency contact lists, operational records, and emergency management documentation to support business continuity for AMP-2 operations. · Collect, verify, and relay operational information to support incident response and emergency coordination within AMP-2. · Support emergency response activities by maintaining effective communication and providing timely operational updates. · Respond to requests from field personnel and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. · Follow established emergency response plans, crisis management procedures, and SOC Standard Operating Procedures applicable to AMP-2. · Identify, document, and report security incidents, operational issues, equipment failures, and security vulnerabilities in a timely manner. · Maintain the confidentiality of security information, investigations, and operational activities. · Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and effective communication while contributing to SOC operational objectives. · Perform other operational duties as assigned by the SOC Specialist or SOC Management. |

Skills |
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to different levels of personnel. · Reliable, punctual, and dependable in supporting shift-based SOC operations. · Knowledge of emergency communication technologies, CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm systems, and SOC best practices within a manufacturing environment. · Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure. · Ability to prepare accurate reports, incident logs, and operational documentation. · Ability to work collaboratively with security teams, internal departments, and external response agencies. · High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive security information and operational matters. · Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and escalation protocols accurately. · Proficient computer skills, including data entry, electronic reporting, and operation of SOC-related systems. |

Minimum Qualifications
|
· Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. · 2 years of experience in Emergency Services, Dispatch Operations, SOC operations, or a related field. · APCO certifications are preferred, including Public Safety Telecommunicator, Fire Service Communications, or Emergency Medical Dispatch. · Knowledge and experience in CCTV monitoring, preferably supported by relevant CCTV training or certification. · Familiarity with applicable rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and general manufacturing plant operations. · Fluency in Arabic and English is required. · Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. · Experience in private security operations, SOC operations, emergency dispatch, or a related environment is preferred. |
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
