Our Dallas office is entering an exciting chapter of growth, with ambitious plans to expand our team in 2027. Thera brings more than a decade of experience in complex litigation, trials, and appeals, with a track record of successful outcomes in high-stakes matters. Just as importantly, she believes in building a team where attorneys are respected, challenged, celebrated, and given the tools to succeed.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: Set high expectations, lead with kindness, invest in your people, and give them the opportunity to spread their wings.
This is a team that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. You'll find open communication, collaborative case strategy, hands-on mentorship, and a leader who values initiative, accountability, and professional growth. From weekly case discussions to team lunches, celebrations, and a little fun along the way, connection matters here.
