About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Associate Client Solutions Manager to join our dedicated TikTok team in Northern Europe, based in Riga. You will help businesses run successful TikTok ad campaigns by understanding their goals, offering smart solutions, and supporting them every step of the way.
This is a great opportunity if you are early in your career, passionate about social media, enjoy working with data and campaign operations, and want to grow in digital advertising.
What You Will Do
- Learn and grow: Become an expert in TikTok’s advertising tools and help clients understand how to use them.
- Support clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them reach their goals through TikTok campaigns.
- Manage campaigns: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and improving ad campaigns.
- Use data: Analyse campaign results to find what is working and suggest ways to improve.
- Collaborate: Work with other teams, including Sales, Analytics, and TikTok’s own team, to give clients the best possible experience.
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence using data to identify trends and create actionable insights.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills (required).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- A structured, analytical mindset, with strong time management and organisation skills.
- Curiosity about digital advertising, and a passion for numbers, analytics, and problem-solving.
- A deep interest in the digital advertising ecosystem in Northern Europe.
- A passion for TikTok, a growth mindset, and genuine curiosity about the future of social media and digital marketing.
- Nice to have: some experience in account management, marketing, a client-facing role, or the digital advertising industry.
Why Join Aleph
- Impact: Help businesses of all sizes reach new customers on TikTok, as part of a company connecting 26,000+ advertisers and agencies to the world’s biggest platforms.
- Growth: Start your digital advertising career by learning TikTok’s advertising tools in depth, with real client work from day one and room to grow into broader client solutions roles.
- Team culture: Join a dedicated TikTok team that works hand in hand with Sales, Analytics, and TikTok’s own team, in an environment where everyone is welcome, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
- Market context: Build expertise in the fast-moving Northern European digital advertising market from our Riga office, with a hybrid setup that mixes office collaboration with flexibility.
