OneMain is seeking an Associate Director of Production Strategy & Analytics to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth plans, managing production performance, and driving data-informed business decisions.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role at the center of the company's growth planning, production management, and performance analytics, with regular exposure to senior leaders, from Managing Directors to Executive Vice Presidents.
The role owns several business-critical processes that help the company establish growth expectations, monitor performance against plan, anticipate emerging risks and opportunities, and drive timely corrective actions. It also offers significant opportunities to modernize existing capabilities through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Monthly Production Planning & Performance Management
2. Lead Annual Budgeting & Quarterly Reforecasting
3. Executive Reporting & Business Intelligence
4. Continuously Modernize & Improve the Function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business performance management, forecasting, or complex data-driven problem-solving.
- Strong analytical instincts, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into compelling insights and effectively engage senior executives.
- Self-starter with strong business judgment, the ability to work independently, challenge conventional thinking, and provide sound, fact-based recommendations.
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills, with hands-on experience working with complex structured and unstructured datasets.
Location: hybrid schedule (3 days/week: Tues. - Thurs) // Wilmington, DE
