12The team's mission is to design and integrate an intelligent AI Assistant, employing Generative AI technology, into our existing web application ecosystem. As Associate Director, you will lead a diverse team of highly skilled engineers and data scientists who are passionate about utilizing cutting-edge technology to achieve transformative business outcomes.
With the advent of Generative AI, we are witnessing a paradigm shift in software development and business intelligence. This leadership role positions you at the helm of our AI transformation initiative, driving strategic decisions that will directly impact our competitive advantage and deliver transformative solutions to our customers across global markets.
Technical Expertise: Overall, 11-15 years of experience in Data Science fundamentals including statistical modeling, feature engineering, and ML inferencing pipelines are required to support real-time AI-powered insights for our advisory business clients.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred
Leadership Experience: 3+ years of engineering management experience with teams of 4+ people.
AI/ML Background: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models, machine learning frameworks, or AI application development
Cloud Proficiency: Advanced experience with AWS services; deep knowledge of serverless architectures (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
Frontend Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and their integration with AI services
AI Expertise: Extensive experience with LLMs, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, or similar platforms
Framework Experience: Proficiency with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks
Enterprise Architecture: Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed AI systems
Agile Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Business Acumen: Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
