The goal of our STEP program is to develop our people into company leaders. In order to accomplish that, the program has been structured with a competency-based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our AEs will typically spend around 4 years in the program as they develop key skills before progressing as a licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer.
