We are looking for an Associate HR Analyst, to join the Human Resources team in Manila, supporting our APAC markets. This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
What We Are Looking For
Background
- A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
- Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
- Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
- AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
- High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
- Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
- Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
- Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
- Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
- Real impact across APAC: Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
- A clear path into HR business partnering: Learn the HRBP craft from the inside (employee relations, workforce planning data, leadership business reviews) with day-to-day exposure to the Director, HR Business Partners.
- Collaborative, supportive team culture: Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.
- Modern tools and AI-forward work: Build hands-on experience with Workday, Google Workspace, Jira, and AI tools, and help deliver AI and Automation initiatives as part of the APAC Engagement Plan.
