Bring grooming and beauty products to life by contributing to impactful user experiences through innovative product design.
You will support the design based on user insights, from first sketches to CAD, contributing to ergonomics and aesthetics for personal care tools that feel like a natural extension of the user. Solid visualization skills, attention to detail and curiosity, will help you learn how to express our design language with purpose.
In this collaborative role, you’ll be part of the interdisciplinary Grooming & Beauty Experience Design team, supporting senior designers in translating business objectives and collaborating with R&D and Marketing teams, while learning to deliver against highest quality standards.

You're the right fit if:
You hold a master's degree in Industrial Design (or a related field) and have gained initial experience in product or industrial design through internships, academic projects, graduation work, or early professional experience.
You show strong potential in translating user insights into compelling design concepts and can communicate these effectively using CAD and visualization tools such as Rhinoceros and KeyShot, as well as emerging AI-driven design tools.
You have a foundation in sustainable product and material innovation, manufacturing processes and user experience, and are motivated to further develop your expertise in these areas.
You are an enthusiastic team player who enjoys learning, collaborating across disciplines and contributing to high-quality design solutions. Strong communication skills help you work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

This position requires working onsite in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
