As a Senior Associate in the Assurance - Financial Markets - Real Estate Technology (IWMS) role, you will engage with clients to enhance their financial reporting and decision-making processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will provide independent and objective assessments, focusing on transparency, integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role involves navigating complex financial instruments and market advisory challenges, offering you the chance to build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams effectively. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development. Your ability to anticipate client needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex financial instruments and market advisory challenges to provide insights and recommendations
- Navigating financial regulations and compliance standards to maintain integrity in reporting
- Developing financial models and strategies to optimize portfolio performance and mitigate risks
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improving margins and profitability
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements to validate accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Advising clients on investment strategies and economic forecasting to support informed decision-making
- Collaborating with teams to enhance financial reporting processes and drive business growth
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and guide junior team members in their development
- Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: Associate of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Fellow of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) or Actively pursuing the Fellowship of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Certification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field and demonstrates promotion readiness
