As an Automation Lead Manager - Operate, you will spearhead the development of innovative software solutions and drive product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on evaluating systems or software applications to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in functionality. This involves executing various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets specified requirements and performs as expected.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths while managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Responsibilities
- Leading automation testing initiatives to validate software quality and functionality
- Managing defect identification and resolution processes to improve system reliability
- Guiding teams in the execution of test cases and scenarios to confirm software performance
- Utilizing Agile methodologies to streamline product management and delivery
- Developing strategic plans for quality assurance investigations and process management
- Overseeing the documentation testing and debugging processes to enhance software solutions
- Promoting the adoption of quality assurance best practices across testing teams
- Collaborating with client support teams to address software testing challenges and opportunities
- Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback to optimize performance
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
