Autonomy Program Lead
职位概述
负责宽体车自动驾驶解决方案的导入项目全生命周期管理，领导跨职能团队完成自动驾驶宽体车平台、车辆系统、自动驾驶软件、现场解决方案以及商业化部署的端到端交付。
该岗位将作为项目总体负责人，协调 Cat Technology、整机产品组、采购与供应链、制造、产品支持，共同推进 Autonomous WBT 项目的开发、验证、部署和量产落地。
该角色需要能够在复杂、多组织、多地域环境下推动项目执行，确保项目在安全，质量，成本，交付和客户满意度方面达成预期目标。
主要职责
1. 无人驾驶宽体车项目全周期管理
负责宽体车自动驾驶项目从业务需求到商业化部署的全过程管理：
2. NPI流程与项目管理
依据 Caterpillar NPI、NTI、CPI 及 NMI 流程要求：
3. 跨职能团队领导与资源协调
协调产品与商业团队进行产品定义与差异化管理； 领导工程团队进行 系统设计，软件开发，功能安全，测试验证；积极参与整机产品组的设计评审与资源协调，保证双方接口与协议的一致性， 与各个横向系统组协作，保证系统的生产以及供应链完整，保证后续的产品易于应用，易于维护。 同时在项目开发中调整系统优先级，合理利用团队资源优势解决项目中的各种挑战。

任职资格
教育背景
本科及以上学历：（自动化， 车辆工程， 电气工程， 机械工程，控制工程，计算机科学 etc）
核心能力要求

Program Management： 项目协调能力； 资源管理能力； 风险管理能力
