This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AV & Network Infrastructure Program Manager based in India.
This role leads the delivery of complex audiovisual and network infrastructure programs across new and existing facilities. You will oversee projects from initial intake and technical design through deployment, optimization, replacement, and decommissioning. The position requires close collaboration with networking, infrastructure, AV, vendor, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions on time and within budget. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into structured project plans, clear documentation, and measurable outcomes. The role also focuses on standardizing deployment practices and improving operational processes across global programs. As a program leader, you will manage multiple priorities, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure strong customer and stakeholder outcomes in a highly collaborative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Identify, scope, plan, and deliver AV and network infrastructure solutions for new and existing facilities.
- Manage a portfolio covering wireless deployments, mobile infrastructure, MDF and IDF projects, LAN provisioning, AV systems, network infrastructure, replacements, and site or floor decommissioning.
- Lead projects from technical intake and design alignment through implementation and final delivery.
- Define deployment requirements, project timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and delivery constraints.
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, technical owners, and project teams to understand requirements, workflows, priorities, and operational constraints.
- Translate technical challenges into clear project impacts, route issues to the appropriate technical owners, and contribute to solution development.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and competing demands across multiple programs simultaneously.
- Develop project charters, responsibility matrices, technical specifications, project plans, and other documentation required for successful delivery.
- Lead project communications, facilitate effective meetings, and provide targeted and regular status reporting.
- Establish measurable success criteria covering progress, cost savings, performance, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, mitigate, escalate, or coordinate resolution of project roadblocks and delivery risks.
- Drive process improvements and standardization for AV and network infrastructure deployments across global environments.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical intake, design coordination, stakeholder alignment, and program execution.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for program delivery, quality, budget, timelines, and overall success.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technology infrastructure projects or programs, ideally across AV, networking, workplace technology, or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of AV and network infrastructure delivery, including wireless, LAN, MDF, IDF, and related workplace technology deployments.
- Experience managing projects from requirements gathering and design through implementation, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
- Ability to translate technical issues and dependencies into clear business and project impacts.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to create project charters, specifications, responsibility matrices, status reports, and delivery plans.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and advocate for effective outcomes.
- Experience identifying operational improvements and standardizing technology deployment processes is highly desirable.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work remotely while being based in Bengaluru and available for occasional site visits.
