- Log, triage, document and track defects through resolution in the program’s defect management tool, including clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence and appropriate severity and priority classification, and partner with functional and technical teams on root cause analysis and retest.
- Maintain the test case repository, requirements traceability matrices and test evidence to ensure complete coverage of requirements and to satisfy internal control, audit and SOX documentation standards.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites where automation adds value, and maintain those assets as configurations and business processes change.
- Prepare and maintain test data sets across development, test and staging environments, coordinating environment readiness and refreshes with the technical team.
