Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. AI can now reason, code, and act. Yet, humans still do the work of the interface. We think that’s backwards.
Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. That means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it.
We’re a talent-dense team that holds strong opinions, tests them quickly, and builds technology that sparks joy. Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people.
Millions use Wispr Flow for dictation and meetings, across 100,000+ businesses. As our first dedicated B2B marketing leader, initially a team of one, you’ll help turn that adoption into enterprise agreements: from “our engineers love Flow” to “our CIO signed an enterprise agreement.” You’ll align on target segments, own enterprise positioning and product marketing, build the proof, run growth and conversion experiments, and give the sales team what it needs to win.
Define priority B2B segments using firmographics, product signals, and buyer roles, then turn them into target account lists
Build the narrative for why voice is becoming the interface for AI at work, and translate it into the enterprise homepage, use-case and industry pages, and launches
Own conversion from first visit to demo request, testing copy, layout, social proof, calls to action, and the talk-to-sales flow
Design the path from demo request through evaluation, pilot, and close, including education, adoption, measurement, and pricing and packaging input
Build value proof through an ROI calculator grounded in customer data and a process that turns strong pilots into quotes, metrics, Looms, and case studies
Help Sales win named accounts through competitive positioning, field content, executive briefings, ABM, and executive programs
Instrument the funnel from first visit through expansion, owning the marketing metrics behind pipeline, pilots, wins, and expansion
Strong judgment about which segments, accounts, and experiments to prioritize
A clear understanding of how enterprise buyers evaluate, adopt, and purchase software
The ability to align Sales, Product, and Growth around a shared plan
A hands-on, evidence-led approach: pull the data, listen to calls, interview customers, and build the first version yourself
You’ve led enterprise product marketing for IT, security, or executive buyers and partnered directly with AEs on complex deals
You’ve worked where bottom-up adoption meets enterprise sales and understand product signals, internal champions, and land-and-expand motions
You can show measurable results from your decisions, such as pipeline created, conversion improved, or enablement adopted by the field
You want head-of-function ownership and the hands-on work of being its first hire. You use whatever tools get the work live, ship in days, and improve from there.
We sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more. We can't guarantee sponsorship for every role, but if we make you an offer we'll make every reasonable effort, with help from our immigration law firm.
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.
We're committed to a fair and accessible interview process. If you need any accommodations or adjustments, please let us know.
