Job Responsibilities:
Stock beer coolers, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice bins, glassware, napkins, and other bar supplies.
Replenish inventory throughout shifts to ensure uninterrupted service.
Remove trash, recyclables, and empty containers from bar areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Assist bartenders with opening, operating, and closing procedures.
Wash and polish glassware as needed.
Restock service areas and storage locations.
Deliver supplies and products from storage areas to the bar.
Respond promptly to bartender and supervisor requests.
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
Follow all company safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Support team members and contribute to a positive guest and employee experience.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations and guest service objectives.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
Previous restaurant experience
