As a Behavior Analyst at Pine Rest, you’ll do more than develop behavior plans—you’ll use your expertise to help individuals build skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful progress.
At Pine Rest, Behavior Analysts play an important role in helping individuals build skills, increase independence, and experience greater success in the hospital, in the community, and at home. You’ll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team and use your behavioral expertise to develop practical, individualized strategies that make a real difference in people’s daily lives.
This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise beyond the traditional office setting. You’ll have the opportunity to assess behavioral needs, develop individualized interventions, coach caregivers and see your work directly influence the quality of care and outcomes for the people we serve.
At Pine Rest, you won’t simply develop behavior plans—you’ll help people experience meaningful change. Your expertise will support individuals, families, and caregivers as they navigate challenging behaviors, develop new skills, and work toward greater independence.
If you’re a Behavior Analyst who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, teaching others, and seeing the real-world impact of your work, we’d love to have you join our team. Pine Rest is committed to creating a workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to bring their expertise to the work we do every day.
