🔍 About the Role

Do you love turning data into insight and developing the people who make it happen? At JBT Marel, you'll lead our global Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst team, shaping how the business sees, understands, and acts on its data. As BI Analyst Manager in our Data & Analytics domain, you'll combine people leadership with hands-on analytics expertise to deliver scalable, governed insight to stakeholders around the world.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

You'll lead a distributed team of BI Analysts and own the delivery and quality of reporting and analytics across the enterprise – working across modern platforms including Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and enterprise semantic models.

• Lead and develop a global team of BI Analysts working remotely and collaborating daily via Teams
• Manage delivery and prioritization of reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reusable BI solutions
• Drive best practices for Power BI development, semantic modeling, and reporting governance through our BI Community.
• Support enterprise analytics initiatives leveraging Databricks and SQL-based platforms
• Promote BI community governance, standards, and user enablement
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Management, and Architecture teams
• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and Jira-based execution
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, usability, and operational efficiency
• Champion adoption of AI-enabled analytics and self-service experiences such as Databricks Genie

🎓 What You Bring

We're looking for an analytics leader who combines technical credibility with the people skills to grow a team and the stakeholder savvy to deliver value the business trusts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles
• Prior experience leading BI or Analytics teams in a global organization
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or the Azure ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models and Jira
• Understanding of AI-enabled analytics capabilities is a strong advantage
