As a BI Engineer - Senior Associate - Analytics as Services - operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to provide exceptional service. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to support clients across various functions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading delivery teams in executing project management and process optimization initiatives
- Utilizing automation frameworks and tools to streamline business processes and improve service delivery
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies to drive operational excellence
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address performance and delivery risks
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for business transformation
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support service management and strategy
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development
- Planning and overseeing project deliverables to validate timely and successful outcomes
- Adapting to changing business contexts and embracing ambiguity to drive innovation and growth
What You Must Have
- Hands in experience in Tableau ,SAP BusinessObjects & Advance SQl.
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 - 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
