Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate intensively with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Manage project timelines, prioritize features, and navigate trade-offs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Communicate product updates, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Develop a profound understanding of the credit card domain, payment processing, relevant Japanese laws, and our current system specifications, leveraging documents in both English and Japanese.
Hybrid Workstyle (flexible working style including Remote and office) ※ You will be expected to work both in the office and remotely, in alignment with organizational guidelines and team objectives.
