About the Company
At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.
Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable BIM/CAD Modeler with a specialized focus on Interior Design and Technical Detailing. You will support the design and delivery of Flow’s projects across the MENA region, translating ambitious design intent into highly accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models and CAD documentation.
The ideal candidate possesses a "design eye" and understands that a great model is more than just geometry, it’s about the fine details of joinery, material transitions, and furniture integration. You will be the bridge between conceptual interior design and technical execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Detailed Modelling: Develop and maintain Revit BIM models specifically for high-end architectural and interior design packages.
- ID Documentation: Produce comprehensive Interior Design construction packages, including furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), power, lighting, plumbing, elevations, and section details.
- Joinery & Millwork: Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens, and furniture, ensuring technical feasibility and design alignment.
- Scheduling & Tagging: Prepare and manage complex schedules for doors, windows, ironmongery, and joinery.
- Specification Integration: Interpret FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and material specifications provided by the design team, ensuring all items are correctly coded, tagged, and reflected in the Revit model and drawing sets.
- Coordination: Facilitate "clash-free" design by coordinating interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines within the BIM environment.
- Standards Management: Maintain Revit families and templates, ensuring all ID-specific components (furniture, lighting, finishes) align with Flow’s BIM protocols.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local Saudi building codes and Flow’s internal design standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience, with a proven track record in Interior Design documentation and high-end real estate or hospitality projects.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD is mandatory, with a strong knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
- Experience working in BIM environments, including model coordination and LOD development.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing, and how different materials (stone, wood, metal) interface in an interior setting.
- BIM Fluency: Experience in model coordination, LOD (Level of Development) 300-400, and working within shared CDE (Common Data Environments).
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp.
- Ability to work in fast-paced development environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
What We Look For
- Precision & Artistry: A meticulous eye for detail—you spot a 5mm misalignment before anyone else does.
- Detail-oriented thinkers who take pride in precision and clarity in technical documentation.
- Technical Sensitivity: The ability to read a material spec sheet and understand exactly how to tag and represent it in a technical drawing.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who enjoys the "back-and-forth" with designers and engineers to solve complex site problems.
- People who are energized by building something new and meaningful.
- Individuals who combine technical discipline with design sensitivity.
Why Join Flow?
Headquartered in the United States, Flow was established in 2021 with a $350 million investment from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), the largest individual investment in the venture capital firm's history.
Since entering the MENA region in 2024 via the acquisition of close to one thousand units in Saudi Arabia, the company has become one of the largest owners and operators of residential real estate in the Kingdom.
Joining the company now would mean stepping into a pivotal role at a transformational time. You’ll work alongside a high-caliber team to launch flagship communities, deliver iconic resident experiences, and redefine what it means to call the region home.
