The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced biologics representative to join us for the launch of a significant new medicine in dermatology in Australia.

This opportunity will appeal to high-performing specialty sales professionals who have successfully launched biologics in immunology or other specialist therapy areas and are looking for their next challenge. You'll bring strong clinical acumen, a track record of building trusted specialist relationships, and the drive to succeed in a launch environment.

Working closely with dermatologists and key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in establishing a new treatment option in the market. You'll have the autonomy to shape your territory, identify opportunities, and help deliver a successful launch from the outset.

For someone motivated by science, customer engagement, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, this is a chance to be part of a high-profile launch and help shape the future of dermatology care in Australia.

·     Engage dermatologists at a peer level, bringing clinical data and real-world evidence to life in conversations that shift thinking and build belief

·     Build and own your accounts, from the dermatologist to the nurse, practice manager, and hospital teams, becoming the name they call first

·     Navigate PBS, Special Authority, and access pathways removing barriers and accelerating patient access

·     Get into the field and bring back what matters; the insights, the objections, and the opportunities so the national team can move faster

·     Operate with the highest standards of compliance and integrity under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct

What We Are Looking For

·     8+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience with clear progression into senior specialty roles

·     Proven biologics background within dermatology, rheumatology / immunology experience strongly preferred

·     A track record of launch success in the Australian market, you've done this before and delivered

·     Strong PBS and access pathway knowledge, with exposure to hospital drug listing processes

·     Science degree or equivalent.

·     Full Australian working rights.

·     Current driver's licence

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

·     Launched a biologic in dermatology, rheumatology or immunology and driven measurable market share

·     Established relationships with dermatologists across Territory built on trust, credibility, and clinical value
