Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to.
At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.
We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!
Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.
As Assort’s first Brand Designer, you'll help define how one of healthcare's fastest-growing AI companies shows up in the world. You'll shape the visual identity of a company that's redefining patient access, bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint: from campaigns, the website, and the product interface to social, print, executive communications, sales materials, events, and beyond. You'll evolve our brand system and translate the technical depth of what we build to create work that is thoughtful, memorable, and unmistakably Assort.
You'll join at a pivotal moment as we reshape our brand identity. You'll help define and maintain the visual foundation of the Assort brand, including our color palette, typography, design system, scalable creative assets, templates, and brand guidelines, and ensure they're expressed consistently across every customer and employee touchpoint.
You'll work across mediums with a high degree of creative ownership, taking ideas from concept through execution. You'll partner closely with Brand & Communications, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Product Design, and company leadership to define how Assort shows up, and you'll set the bar for craft across the team.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role on a small, ambitious team with enormous creative impact. You'll help establish the systems, standards, and visual language that define our brand as we build one of the most recognized companies in healthcare AI. You'll have significant ownership, a high degree of autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how Assort shows up at every customer touchpoint. If you're a designer with exceptional craft, strong judgment, and a desire to build something enduring from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will play a foundational role in building Assort's Brand & Communications function.
