Brand Manager

You own the brand on social media from strategy to the last comment. That covers: * **Brand direction:** Set the long-term vision. Keep the positioning sharp and different from everyone else in the feed. Measured by brand awareness, consideration and brand health scores, tracked quarterly. * **How the brand shows up on social media, end to end:** Every post, profile and reply should look, sound and feel like us. * Calendar and series**.** Plan the monthly social calendar for our Instagram pages and run it. Strategise, write and create episodic series. * **Growth:** Drive healthy growth in engagement and followers. Organic growth, virality and content loops are your playbook. Paid boosting backs them up. Measured by engagement rate and follower growth, tracked against industry benchmarks. * **The words:** You own banner and web copy, and you write it yourself. Every line should sound like the brand, read well to a consumer and give them a reason to act. * **Creators and agencies:** Run influencer campaigns from brief to results. Manage agencies so their work stays on brand, on time and within budget. * **Performance:** You know why a post worked and why it did not, and you know how to read the data to prove it. * **Competition:** Track competitors on positioning, launches and communication. Turn what you find into action. Measured by a monthly competition report and the share of brand decisions backed by insight. * **Trends:** Stay close to the consumer. Build on the trends that fit the brand and skip the ones that do not. * **Budgets:** You know how to get more done with smaller budgets. You stretch each spend across organic growth, content loops, creators and targeted boosting, and you can show what each one returned. ## **What we are looking for** You have 5 to 7 years in D2C, beauty, personal care or FMCG, and a track record of growing brands on social media, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
