Remote only
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Relations PR Manager based in Brazil.
As a Brand Relations PR Manager, you will develop strategic partnerships and expand brand visibility for a direct-to-consumer jewelry business. You will lead influencer outreach, media relations, personalized product gifting, and creative brand collaborations. The role combines high-volume relationship building with thoughtful storytelling to create authentic connections with creators, public figures, and lifestyle media. You will manage campaigns from initial prospecting and product selection through content collection, usage rights, and performance reporting. Working closely with the founders and social content team, you will help turn meaningful brand stories into media coverage and lasting advocacy. This is a fully remote opportunity for a resourceful, highly organized professional with a strong understanding of the US creator and consumer landscape.
You will manage end-to-end public relations and brand partnership activities, building relationships that strengthen awareness, engagement, and brand credibility. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct personalized, high-volume outreach to content creators, musicians, public figures, fashion stylists, media contacts, and complementary lifestyle brands.
Research and develop qualified contact lists, creating tailored pitches and partnership concepts aligned with target audiences.
Review affiliate applications through JoinTribe, onboard suitable brand ambassadors, and identify promising advocates for paid or gifted collaborations.
Coordinate approximately 2–4 selective paid influencer partnerships per month, including deliverables, contract terms, and budget management.
Manage personalized product gifting campaigns, from recipient selection and meaningful-date customization to shipping coordination and follow-up.
Work toward a target of 150–200 accepted gift packages per month while ensuring recipient selection aligns with brand guidelines and product availability.
Develop and launch 1–2 major brand storytelling activations or co-marketing campaigns each month.
Collect partner-generated content and document media mentions, securing usage rights for social media channels and paid advertising.
Maintain a centralized CRM database covering media contacts, outreach activity, gifted product orders, content deliverables, and follow-up schedules.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare concise weekly reports covering outreach metrics, accepted gifts, published media mentions, and spending.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines public relations expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a natural instinct for creative storytelling. They should be comfortable managing substantial outreach volumes while maintaining personalized communication and consistent brand standards. Required qualifications include:
At least 3 years of professional experience in influencer partnerships, PR outreach, brand relations, or gifting campaigns, preferably within direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound pitching, with the capacity to approach approximately 600–1,000 qualified contacts per month while maintaining a personalized approach.
Strong understanding of US consumer trends, pop culture, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant creator ecosystems.

Strong organizational skills and experience using databases, spreadsheets, outreach automation platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools.
Creative storytelling abilities, with an instinct for identifying personal narratives, meaningful dates, and lifestyle trends that can inspire effective partnership campaigns.
A modern remote workstation, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Experience in jewelry, fashion, DTC beauty, or other consumer lifestyle brands.
Existing relationships with US-based digital creators, talent managers, fashion stylists, or lifestyle media editors.
