• Serve as primary point of contact for occupants and vendors regarding service requests and controlled-area access, and coordinate hard services vendors (roads and grounds, roofing, painting, plumbing), obtaining quotes, scheduling work, and verifying completion
• Assist in development of vendor JHA/PWP EHS documentation, ensuring work activities are properly scoped and reviewed prior to vendor site access
• Assist System Owner within the CMMS, maintaining the asset listings (specs, locations, lifecycle data) for GMP and non-GMP equipment
• Develop and update preventive maintenance job plans for building systems and hard services assets, aligned with manufacturer guidance and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, cGMP)
• Audit asset data periodically, support capital planning with condition/age data, and generate reports on PM compliance and vendor performance
• Support quality records management and audit readiness activities, including maintaining documentation for GMP inspections and assisting with retrieval of records during audits
• Support site audit readiness by performing site housekeeping assessments, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions with facilities and engineering staff

Required Qualifications
