Business Analyst

Commcise offers independent, cloud-based (SaaS), fully-integrated commission management and research valuation solutions to the buy-side, sell-side and research providers through its COMMCISEBUY, COMMCISESELL and COMMCISECS product suite.

With over 600 buy-side and sell-side clients globally, Commcise's clients include some of the largest institutional asset managers, hedge funds, brokers and research providers in the world. Commcise is a company of Euronext, the leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone.

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own how AI creates value across the Commcise product suite. This is the person who decides what we build with AI and why — identifying the highest-value opportunities, shaping them into a clear roadmap, and driving them to delivery through our engineering teams. You will be the driving force behind AI adoption, both in our products and in the way we build and test them.

This is a product role, not a research or model-training role, and we are not looking for a data scientist. We want a commercially-minded product leader who understands what today's AI can and cannot do, can frame the right problems, and can present, influence and win support with sound arguments across technical and business audiences.

A specific priority for this role is testing. Testing is currently a significant drag on our delivery, and we want someone who will actively pursue AI-driven approaches to QA and test automation to improve our velocity and quality.

The role spans two areas:

1. AI in the product

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap for Commcise: identify where AI — LLMs, existing models and third-party services — can deliver real client value, and prioritise ruthlessly.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories and success metrics that engineering can deliver against.
• Validate ideas with clients and stakeholders, then measure adoption and impact once shipped.

2. AI adoption in how we build and test

• Champion AI-assisted ways of working across product and engineering to improve speed and quality.
• Drive AI-led improvements to testing and QA — a current pain point — to reduce the testing drag on delivery.
• Set the direction and build the case for change, spreading good practice through influence and evidence rather than mandate.

Key Accountabilities

• Own the AI product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Commcise suite, aligned to commercial and client priorities.
• Identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities; decide what gets built, and just as importantly, what does not.
• Define clear requirements, success metrics and acceptance criteria, and work through engineering teams to deliver them.
• Champion AI adoption in how we build and test software, with an explicit focus on relieving the current testing bottleneck.
• Engage clients and internal stakeholders to validate direction, then track adoption and business impact post-launch.
• Present and communicate persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, building consensus through evidence and argument.
• Stay current with the fast-moving AI landscape and bring pragmatic, high-impact opportunities into the business.
• Balance ambition with feasibility, working closely with engineering on trade-offs around cost, risk, effort and value.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Essential

• Approximately 5–8 years in product management, technical product ownership or a closely related role, with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Demonstrable experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features — you understand what modern AI (LLMs, RAG, existing model APIs) can realistically do.
• Strong product instincts: opportunity identification, prioritisation, requirement definition and outcome measurement.
• Sufficient technical fluency to work credibly with engineers, challenge trade-offs and make sound decisions — without needing to be the one writing the code.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to influence, persuade and build consensus with arguments.
• A genuine commitment to driving AI adoption across both product and delivery.

Desirable

• Experience applying AI to software testing and QA — test generation, coverage and automation — to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development and product tooling.
• Experience delivering data or AI-powered products to clients via APIs.
• Understanding of evaluation and quality measures for AI/LLM features.
• Exposure to the financial services or asset management domain.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
