About the role: FMC is seeking an experienced Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Engineer to lead and evolve our global digital resilience strategy, ensuring mission-critical business services remain available, recoverable, and resilient in the face of disruptions.
This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Backup, and Resilience Engineering capabilities across a complex global environment spanning cloud, on-premises, business applications, infrastructure, and third-party services. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, Security, Digital teams, business stakeholders, and strategic partners to strengthen FMC's operational resilience and recovery readiness.
