- Review provider performance on an ongoing basis, including margin efficiency, financing costs, borrow, fails and connectivity uptime
- Troubleshoot allocation, give-up, corporate action and settlement issues with brokers and internal operations
- Monitor regulatory and market structure changes affecting market access and clearing in the region

- 5+ years in prime brokerage, clearing, PB or FCM relationship management, or trading operations, with meaningful Asia coverage
- Practical knowledge of margin methodologies, financing and stock loan, futures give-up and clearing, and settlement across APAC markets
- Familiarity with restricted-access markets and how local brokers, omnibus and segregated accounts, and investor ID regimes work
- Understanding of FIX and DMA connectivity, allocation and reporting feeds; able to work with engineers on integration requirements
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements with brokers or vendors
- Fluent English; Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese is a plus
