- Support the next stage of Plenti's commercial growth by bringing forward market insights, broker feedback and opportunities to evolve our product offering and market proposition
- Stay close to competitor activity, industry trends and changing market dynamics to identify opportunities and maintain Plenti's competitive edge
- Partner closely with the Relationship Manager to optimise broker engagement, retention and performance
- Clearly articulate Plenti's value proposition, commercial lending solutions and competitive advantages to broker partners
About you:

- Demonstrated success building broker relationships and driving lending volumes, broker utilisation and share of wallet
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities, developing new relationships and converting business
- The ability to engage, influence and build credibility with brokers and key stakeholders
- An interest in broader commercial lending markets and the opportunity to support growth into new asset classes.
