### **About Us**
At Axross, we develop advanced AI-driven solutions to optimise HVAC performance in complex
environments. Our solutions enable industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and

By combining engineering expertise with data-driven optimisation, Axross helps organisations
unlock efficiency gains that conventional control systems cannot achieve.

● Build and maintain a structured pipeline aligned with company strategy
● Develop and execute outreach strategies including cold outreach, referrals, and direct
engagement
● Conduct discovery discussions to understand operational and commercial needs
**2. Commercial Development**
● Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
● Support proposal development, presentations, and commercial discussions
● Work with internal teams to shape solutions for clients
● Drive opportunities towards pilot projects and commercial agreements
**3. Client Engagement**
● Build relationships with decision-makers across business and technical functions
● Navigate complex stakeholder environments to move opportunities forward
● Represent Axross in client meetings and selected industry engagements
**4. Market Development**
● Contribute market insights to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy
● Identify potential collaboration or ecosystem opportunities
● Support expansion into new sectors and markets where relevant
### **Requirements**
● Experience in business development or sales within B2B environments
● Exposure to industrial, HVAC, engineering, or technical solution-based industries
● Familiarity with Southeast Asia’s regional business environment and experience in
identifying and developing opportunities across markets
● Ability to engage both senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders
● Strong communication and value-based selling capability
● Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain momentum
● Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with outbound business development
● Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia for client engagement
### **What We Offer**
