Business Development Representative - DACH

The role, in one line

You will be the first to introduce Payhawk to companies across the DACH market, building relationships and pipeline opportunities for our Account Executives.

What you will own

• Own your outbound prospecting campaigns. You will engage prospective clients through a mix of emails, calls, social selling and events.
• Follow up on marketing-led demand generation campaigns. You will identify prospects, build relationships and generate leads.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for the DACH market, targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Identify new niches and come up with new campaign ideas to keep improving your outreach.
• Analyse your outreach and campaign results, then use those insights to refine future strategies.
• Manage your pipeline of potential clients, keeping coverage consistent so you exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.

What you will need

• A drive to exceed sales targets and progress quickly in your career
• Motivation to make a measurable impact
• Resilience and a growth mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English and German (minimum C1)
• Excitement about working in an AI-first environment, actively using AI tools to move faster, cut repetitive work and have more impact

What you will get

• Recharge properly — 30 days of paid holiday
• Change the view — a week-long exchange to London, Amsterdam, Paris, Munich, Vilnius, Berlin, Sofia, or Barcelona
• Win together, celebrate together — regular team-wide events that are actually worth showing up to
• Covered, properly — additional medical care
• Stay in the game — a sports card, fully funded, for the gym, classes, or your sport of choice
• Commute easily — a monthly travel allowance that covers getting to and from the office
• Use what you build — hands-on access to the actual product you're hiring people to help build
