## **About the Role**
We are looking for a **Business Operations Associate** with high agency and a rigorous, analytical mindset to join our team. In this role, you will act as the "glue" across the organization, ensuring tight operational processes, driving cross-functional initiatives, and managing critical relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
You will wear many hats—from managing compliance audits and financial data analysis to crafting high-impact sales presentations and coordinating industry events. If you are methodical, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where accountability is key, this role is for you.
## **What You Will Do**
**Internal Operations & Communications**
* **Cross-Functional Orchestration:** Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing cross-functional meetings. You will create agendas, track down action items, provide executive summaries, and ensure high-bandwidth collaboration.
* **Knowledge Management:** Maintain and improve internal documentation, templates, and "Canon" materials (standardized written docs, slides, and code) that serve the entire organization.
* **Programs & Compliance:** Support the administration of critical compliance frameworks (SOC II, HITRUST) and financial programs (R&D Tax Credits).
**Partnerships & External Relations**
* **Partner Management:** Serve as the primary operational contact for key ecosystem partners (e.g., Labs, RCM, Medications, Fax). You will maintain these relationships to ensure shared program advancement and goodwill.
* **Events & Conferences:** Oversee the planning and preparation for industry events, including engaging speakers, managing logistics, and ensuring the team is prepped for success.
**Analysis & Sales Support**
* **Data & Planning:** Gather and prepare analytical datasets used for strategic planning, business reviews, and finance purposes.
* **Sales Enablement:** Support the commercial team by creating high-quality proposal slides and assisting with the contracting process to ensure deals are documented correctly and close on time.
## **About You**
* You have exceptional written and oral communication skills and can distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
* You have strong ability to create professional, persuasive slides and presentations for various audiences.
* You have proven experience managing expectations and relationships with diverse groups, including partners, customers, community members, and prospects.
* You take extreme ownership. You identify gaps and fill them without needing to be asked. You possess a strong sense of accountability.
* You are comfortable working with data and approaching problems with a logical, structured mindset.
* You are methodical and detail-oriented—you ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
## **What Success Looks Like**
* **Operational Tightness:** Processes run smoothly with no feeling of "loose ends."
* **On-Target Delivery:** Contracting, deployments, and internal projects are consistently executed on time and on budget.
* **High-Value Collaboration:** Major cross-functional meetings are viewed as high-bandwidth and valuable uses of time by all team members.
* **Partner Growth:** Vendor and partner relationships are strengthened, leading to tangible business benefits.
* **Lasting Assets:** You consistently produce "Canon" materials—resources that become the standard for the organization to use repeatedly.
