About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Solutions Transformation team, leading complex transformation programmes, portfolios and high-profile projects across the firm. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are aligned to business priorities, delivered to a high standard, and achieve sustainable outcomes that create lasting value.

As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you’ll provide oversight across multiple initiatives, shape solutions to delivery challenges, and act as the key escalation point for project teams. You’ll drive strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and quality execution, while helping teams navigate change in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Working within Business Solutions Transformation, you’ll play a key role in improving how we bring together people, processes, data and technology to enhance user experience, simplify delivery, and support a more business-centric operating model. You’ll also mentor and develop colleagues, champion continuous improvement, and promote the adoption of AI-enabled approaches across projects, strategy and team activity.

What your days will look like:

• Lead complex transformation programmes, projects and portfolios, ensuring delivery is strategically aligned, well-governed, and achieves sustainable business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, managing expectations, and acting as the key escalation point to resolve risks, challenges and delivery issues.
• Oversee project quality and performance, reviewing business cases, plans, budgets, governance materials and deliverables to drive informed decision-making and successful implementation.
• Develop and support high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring, while championing continuous improvement, innovation, and the use of AI-enabled approaches to enhance delivery and efficiency.

This role is for you if you’re:

• You have significant experience leading complex transformation programmes, portfolios, or strategic projects, delivering successful outcomes across areas such as technology, process improvement, automation, transformation, or service migration.
• You are a strategic thinker who can translate business priorities into clear plans and decisions, navigating ambiguity while balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder needs.
• You excel at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, confidently challenging where needed and driving alignment in complex and fast-paced environments.
• You have governance and delivery expertise, with experience managing multiple workstreams, overseeing risks, dependencies, budgets, business cases, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• You are a skilled communicator and facilitator, able to lead workshops, shape solutions, and present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leaders and governance forums.
• You are passionate about developing others and improving how work gets done, with experience mentoring project professionals and a keen interest in innovation, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled delivery.
