Job Description:
Turn Business Problems into Smart Data & Technology Solutions
Are you the person who naturally asks,"Why are we doing it this way?" and then finds a better solution?
At Merkle, we're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical delivery. In this role, you'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to uncover business needs, define solutions, and help bring innovative data, marketing technology, and AI-driven initiatives to life.
This is not a role where you simply document requirements and move on. You'll be a trusted advisor, collaborator, and problem solver, helping clients navigate complex challenges while partnering with architects, engineers, and business leaders to drive meaningful outcomes.
You might be a strong fit if you:
At Merkle, you'll work with leading brands to solve challenging business problems at the intersection of data, marketing technology, customer experience, and AI. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, collaborate with talented experts, and help shape the future of customer engagement and digital transformation.
If you're curious, consultative, technically minded, and passionate about helping businesses solve complex challenges, we'd love to meet you.
