As a Business Systems Analyst SMP Hotel API you will assist in development of the company supply product and platform requirements for specific markets targeted for SMP launch. You will research and define the requirements for the market to utilize SMP Hotel content via various POS tools and what, if any development may be needed by Product in support of that effort. You will be responsible for defining those needs, working with the Product Development managers to create innovative solutions and helping to manage the execution of the SMP rollout strategy. As a BSA you will work with internal stakeholders, including Technology, Supplier Relations & Revenue Management, Service Delivery and Operations,. Your goal is to lead a cross-functional, virtual effort to define the requirements for SMP to launch in GBT markets around the globe. You will be responsible for helping to define the roadmap project and helping to lead a virtual team towards successful execution. You will be a domain expert in your product area and will act as an advisor to internal teams and senior management on SMP Hotel and the rollout..
