Busser/Food Runner

Topgolf | Service Support

Job Description

ABOUT TOPGOLF

Topgolf is where golf meets a great time. We're a high-energy sports entertainment venue where every shift is different, every guest brings their own energy, and the people who work here make it all happen. If you're looking for a place to grow, have fun, and be part of something bigger than a job description, you're in the right place.

WHAT WE’RE SEEKING

Are you someone who moves fast, loves taking care of people, and thrives in a team environment where every shift is different? Do you bring energy and urgency to everything you do, keep your area spotless without being asked, and genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome? Can you prep beverages, bus bays, and support the floor all in the same shift without missing a beat?

We’re looking for a Service Support team member who brings hustle, hospitality, and a great attitude to every shift. You’ll be the support system that keeps the guest experience running smoothly — delivering food and drinks, keeping bays clean, preparing beverages, and helping wherever the team needs you most. If you love a fast pace and you care about making guests’ visits great, this is your role.

THE ROLE

The Service Support role is one of the most versatile on the floor. You’ll prepare non-alcoholic beverages, deliver food and drinks to guests, bus bays, and keep the venue looking polished — all while engaging with guests and supporting your Bay Host teammates. This role requires speed, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset on every shift.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the Floor

• Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly so hot food stays hot, cold food stays cold, and everything arrives fresh and appetizing

• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages according to Topgolf’s brand recipe standards at the beverage station

• Greet every guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner, making them feel welcomed and cared for

• Rotate between beverage station and floor support as needed — flexibility is key to this role

Keep the Venue Polished

• Clear, clean, and sanitize bays and tables promptly between and during guest visits

• Bus dishes, utensils, and food service vessels and return them to the appropriate dishwashing area

• Keep beverage stations, common areas, and service areas clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked to designated par levels

• Arrange table settings and ensure the venue always looks its best for incoming guests

Be a Reliable Team Member

• Support Bay Hosts and the broader floor team in whatever way is needed to keep service running smoothly

• Observe all responsible alcohol service guidelines to protect guests and the community

• Ensure guest safety while they play and flag any concerns to the management team immediately

• Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values in every interaction: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

• You’ll be part of the team that keeps one of the most exciting entertainment venues running at its best

• You’ll develop hospitality and service skills in a high-energy, high-volume environment

• You’ll work alongside a team that moves together, supports each other, and genuinely has fun doing it

• You’ll work in a place where great service and a great time go hand in hand

• Manages the heat, literally and figuratively, without letting pressure affect the team's performance or morale

• Brings the same energy and care to the last delivery of the night as to the first

Communicates Effectively | You stay in sync with your team, speak up when something needs attention, and help keep the floor running as one unit.

• Listens to direction from Bay Hosts and management and acts on it quickly and accurately

• Flags cleanliness issues, guest concerns, or supply shortages to management promptly

• Contributes to a floor environment where every team member is set up to succeed

Customer Focus | You understand that every delivery and every clean bay is part of someone’s experience, and you treat it that way.

• Understands that the guest experience depends on support that’s fast and invisible — and takes pride in delivering it

• Always looking for ways to improve the speed and quality of floor support — and acts on it

Drives Results | You keep the floor moving every shift because the team and the guests depend on you showing up ready.

• Holds themselves to high standards for delivery speed, bay cleanliness, and beverage station readiness every shift

• Moves with urgency and personal ownership to make sure nothing falls behind during service

• Notices when a bay needs attention or a delivery is falling behind — and fixes it without being asked

• Takes pride in a kitchen that runs well, looks clean, and puts out great food consistently

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or food and beverage environment preferred

• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location

• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state or local law
