Lead and grow our professional buyer network across the Nordics
AutoProff is growing its marketplace across the Nordic region, and having the right professional buyers actively trading on our platform is a key part of that.
We’re looking for a Buyer Success Director Nordics to lead our buyer strategy across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You’ll take ownership of buyer acquisition, activation, retention and growth, while leading the regional Buyer Success team and working across the business to strengthen marketplace liquidity and trading performance.
At AutoProff, we’re changing the way used vehicles are traded across Europe. Every day, thousands of vehicles are bought and sold through our platform, connecting professional car dealers across markets.
About the role
As our new Buyer Success Director Nordics, you’ll join our Commercial organisation and be based at our headquarters in Vejle, Denmark.
You’ll lead the Nordic Buyer Success team and take ownership of buyer growth, activation and engagement – from bringing new professional buyers onto the platform and getting them actively trading to increasing repeat buying and long-term engagement.
A key part of the role is understanding the Nordic dealer landscape and making sure we have the right buyer demand for the vehicles available on our marketplace. You’ll work with independent dealers, franchise groups, wholesalers, export buyers and other relevant buyer segments across the region.
Internally, you’ll work closely with our Guarantee Price (GP) team, who work directly with both buyers and sellers, as well as Seller Success, Sales, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to create a strong buyer experience, connect demand with supply and improve overall marketplace performance.

As part of AutoScout24 Group, we combine the pace and hands-on environment of AutoProff with the opportunities and international reach of one of Europe’s leading automotive marketplaces.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we grow and engage our professional buyer network across the Nordics, lead a regional team and directly influence the performance of our marketplace.
