Role details:
Permanent, full time
Location: London hybrid, or remote within the UK
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving, tech-savvy Campaign Manager who lives and breathes the creator economy.
You’ll be working with one of the world’s biggest consumer packaged goods brands, helping bring creator campaigns to life across the UK and wider Europe.
This isn’t the occasional influencer campaign. It’s creator marketing at scale for a CPG brand. Multiple products, new launches every few weeks and hundreds of creators producing content at once. Things move quickly and briefs can land with little warning.
This role suits someone with a couple of years under their belt who is ready to step up, take ownership and learn fast. You don’t need to have done everything before. You do need to be quick, organised and genuinely excited by AI and the tools that are changing how this work gets done. If you’re already using AI to work faster and smarter, you’ll fit right in.
At Kyra, we’re building a different kind of creator marketing company. We combine great people, technology and AI to make creator marketing smarter, faster and more effective. You’ll have access to our own platform, with over 29 million creator profiles, and AI tools to handle everything from casting and outreach to contracts, payments and reporting.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Bring Campaigns to Life
Manage multiple creator campaigns from brief through to launch, delivery and reporting.
Keep timelines, budgets, content approvals and deliverables moving.
Work closely with creators, clients and internal teams to get campaigns out the door.
Spot issues early and flag them with a suggested fix.
Make the Numbers Work
Build creator pricing around CPV targets and expected performance.
Negotiate creator fees and manage budgets.
Use data to make better decisions throughout each campaign.
Support Great Client Relationships
Be a day-to-day contact for the client’s UK marketing team.
Join weekly calls, share updates and keep everyone aligned.
Bring ideas and solutions, not just status reports.
Find and Work With Great Creators
Discover and cast creators who fit each product, audience and brief.
Build shortlists at scale across campaigns.
Manage outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting and content delivery.
Keep on top of usage rights, disclosures and approvals.
Work AI-First
Run the full campaign journey on Kyra’s platform.
Use AI tools like Claude every day to speed up creator discovery, research, analysis, reporting and admin.
Find new ways to use AI to cut manual work and move faster.
Monitor CPV, reach, engagement and conversion while campaigns are live.
Keep campaign information accurate and up to date so the whole team has visibility.
⚡ How We Work
We move quickly, work collaboratively and care about doing great work. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
New briefs are picked up within 24 hours, with creator discovery and outreach underway.
Blockers are escalated within 3 hours.
Risks and performance concerns are raised early, ideally with a suggested solution.
Clients and teammates get regular updates without needing to chase.
Campaign information is kept accurate in our platform.
AI is the default. If a task can be done faster with a tool, we use the tool.
We don’t expect everything to go perfectly. We do expect people to take ownership, communicate openly and respond fast when something needs attention.
🙌 Who We’re Looking For
Someone who understands creator marketing for consumer products. Who knows the difference between a creator with a big following and one who can actually shift product off the shelf. Who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of the job, isn’t fazed by pace, and reaches for AI and tech before doing something by hand.
The Essentials
1 to 3 years in influencer or creator marketing.
Experience on creator campaigns for CPG or FMCG brands (food, drink, beauty, household or personal care). This is essential.
Confident using AI tools such as Claude in your everyday work, with real examples of how they’ve made you faster or better.
Quick to pick up new platforms and tools, and curious about what’s coming next.
Good knowledge of the UK creator landscape.
Some experience with campaign budgets, creator fees and contracts.
A working understanding of CPV and creator performance metrics.
Solid Excel and data skills.
Fast, organised and able to turn things around at short notice.
Based in the UK with the right to work here, and able to start quickly.
Even Better If You Have
Experience with influencer marketing platforms.
A second European language, e.g. Spanish, French, German.
Experience working directly with clients.
You’ll Probably Love This Role If You...
Spend more time than you’d like to admit discovering new creators.
Can spot a great creator-brand fit almost immediately.
Have already built your own AI prompts, workflows or shortcuts to save yourself time.
Like a fast pace and get a kick out of making things happen quickly.
🎁 What We Offer
Competitive salary.
London hybrid or remote-first within the UK.
A fast-growing account and the progression that comes with it. Several of our senior campaign managers came up through this team.
Benefits
✨ Remote-first outside the UK, hybrid in London, with flexibility built into how we work.
🌴 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, 3 wellness days and paid sick leave.
📚 Annual Learning & Development budget to support your growth.
💰 Opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus through our discretionary bonus scheme, subject to scheme terms and eligibility.

📩 Sound like you?
We’d love to hear from campaign managers who are ready to step up and deliver creator marketing at scale.
