We are actively hiring Caregivers/Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout Chittenden County.

Compensation

• $27.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Weekly pay

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities
• 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts available
• Weekend opportunities available

What You'll Do

Working under a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care, companion care, and household support services that help adults remain safe and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Providing household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Supporting range-of-motion exercises
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and mechanical lifting devices
• Providing medication reminders
• Building meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate, one-on-one care

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• At least one year of professional home health care or patient care experience
  • Exceptional candidates without experience may be considered and trained
• A genuine passion for caregiving and helping others
• Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for others
• The ability to travel to client homes as assigned
• A commitment to delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability, consistent with The BAYADA Way
