About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking dedicated a Casual Security Officer to join our team at a hospital site located in Parkville. In this critical role, you will be responsible for site patrols, customer service and address security breaches, alarms and other incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor hospital premises to detect and respond to any security risks.
Monitor security systems and respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
Manage access control and identification verification for all hospital areas.
Collaborate with medical staff and law enforcement when necessary.
Assist in resolving patient or visitor disputes in a calm and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.
Skills & Experience:
Full Australian Working Rights
Valid Victorian Security Licence
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
Availability to work a 24/7 rotational roster (12 hours shifts, days and nights)
Prior hospital security experience is preferred.
