About the Opportunity

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- CE Associate
- CE Principal Engineer
Key Responsibilities
CE Associate
- Lead and manage construction engineering projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Oversee technical, commercial, and client aspects across multiple projects.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor project performance, including forecasting, progress tracking, cost, schedule, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead client engagement and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while promoting best practices in construction engineering.
CE Principal Engineer
- Lead construction engineering planning, design coordination, and technical delivery for major projects.
- Manage multiple projects or engineering work packages simultaneously.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex construction engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations.
- Support project planning, construction coordination, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to bids, proposals, technical presentations, and value engineering initiatives.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
CE Associate
- Chartered Engineer or a minimum of 10 years' relevant construction engineering experience.
- Strong background in construction engineering project leadership and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and engineering best practices.
CE Principal Engineer
- Chartered Engineer or a minimum of 8 years' relevant construction engineering experience.
- Strong experience in construction engineering, project execution, and technical coordination.
- Experience delivering large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
