We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives.
The Change Management and Deployment Senior Analyst will support small to large change project deployments using process improvement and change management methodologies. The Senior Analyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizational development and clinical experience. This individual is expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the business need, and assist project teams by creating the support required to move people through the change curve.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Organizational change deployments will include:
Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop deployment strategies and collateral to drive the implementation and adoption of innovative technologies and processes.
Use organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans.
Identify KPI's in order to determine process and success metrics.
Identify business needs that can be advanced through data analysis. Build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards to address these needs.
Adhere to a standard practice for change management and deployment.
Provide advanced analytical assessments to better support and drive change throughout project life-cycle.
Ensure each change project has the correct elements to successfully drive awareness and adoption.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
1.
Change Management: Develop and deliver various aspects of change management collateral base on the degree of engagement.
Drive the development and deployment of various elements of change management methodology, includes, but not limited to:
Deployment Plan
Communications
Sponsorship
Coaching Plan
Resistance Management
Training Plan
Change Reinforcement
Understand change methodology and apply it effectively.
Effectively engage with Field partners to define, gather, and analyze feedback.
Collate findings from feedback in order to influence or adapt the change approach.
Act as a thought partner in the development and delivery of change collateral.
Think 'outside of the box' to solve problems and take the initiative to drive solutions.

Data & Analytics: Analyze, interpret and QA data. Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption.
Identify KPI's to determine process and success metrics. Build corresponding reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards to drive project KPIs.
Proactively identify business needs that can be advanced through data analysis.
Demonstrate advanced analytical capabilities and is able to build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on project and/or business needs.
Project Management: Effectively manage time and drive the completion of tasks independently. Drive the development and completion of change management collateral in a timely fashion.
Independently develop overall deployment plan and drive the execution of the plan.
Identify and resolve minor roadblocks independently.
Maintain the validity of the deployment plan as pivots as changes occur within the project.

Work closely with field teammates. Leverage standing relationships with operators and clinicians to drive project success.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
