• Developed commercial strategies that have delivered profitable, sustainable customer and/or channel growth.
• Managed profitability and financial performance, including trade investment and commercial KPIs.
• Built and developed capable commercial teams that deliver results through clear priorities and effective ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shaped omnichannel strategies spanning physical retail and e-commerce.

What you will build

• Strengthen like-for-like growth while expanding the store network in high-value locations and shopping malls.
• Unlock e-commerce as both a growth engine and a distinctive LEGO brand experience.
• Deliver commercial targets while improving retail execution, financial performance and trade investment efficiency.
• Create a clear roadmap for store network and e-commerce expansion.
• Bring a strong channel perspective to Business Unit and Sales Leadership Teams.

If you have developed customers and retail (branded) channels profitably through a capable team, you will feel at home here. What matters most is how you bring people together through leadership, collaboration, and storytelling.

Life on the team

You will strengthen a collaborative culture while developing people and building trusted relationships across teams.

What success looks like

You will establish the LEGO Branded Channel as a strong platform for sustainable growth across stores, e-commerce and partner performance. Saudi Arabia will be a key priority, alongside new routes to market and stronger capabilities. You will work closely with partner leadership, regional and global LEGO Branded Channel teams, marketing, e-commerce, Operations, Finance, Commercial Development, leadership teams and your direct team.
